The Bobby D Veterans Gateway is the veteran comprised administration of the Chapter One Phoenix Disabled American Veterans (DAV) AZDAV01.org.
A non-profit services organization the Bobby D Veterans Gateway (BDVG) provides a peer run social impact community environment, initially focused upon the greater Phoenix, Arizona, metropolitan region’s ever-growing veteran population. The BDVG commitment extends to the family, household, and individual challenges, issues, and needs of our fellow Arizonans in their reclamation of a quality of life merited above all by those who answered our nation’s call and now live as our neighbors.
Accordingly, we intend to operate a diversified, mission-oriented neighborhood business in the form of a Thrift Store, from which the sales of its products and services can provide veterans with an enhanced quality of life and a means of immediate gainful employment, while concurrently sustaining various support services to dynamically facilitate their reentry to Arizona communities and society.
BDVG monitors timely and continuing Issues, Concerns, Activities, Publications, and Resources in Government and Public Sectors that affect the health and well-being of Arizona’s Veterans.
