Bobby D Veterans Gateway (BDVG) is a non-profit services organization providing a peer run social impact community environment, initially focused upon our greater Phoenix, Arizona, metropolitan region’s ever-growing veteran population. The BDVG commitment extends to the family, household, and individual challenges, issues, and needs of our fellow Arizonans in their reclamation of a quality of life merited above all by those who answered our nation’s call and now live as our neighbors.
Accordingly, we intend to operate a diversified, mission-oriented neighborhood business in the form of a Thrift Store, from which the sales of its products and services can provide veterans with an enhanced quality of life and a means of immediate gainful employment, while concurrently sustaining vital counseling and various support services to dynamically facilitate their reentry to Arizona communities and society.
